On behalf of the Korean Society of Food Science and Technology and the organizing committee, I am much delighted and privileged to invite you to the 6th International Conference on Food Factors - ICoFF 2015.

With the mission of promoting research in all aspects of basic and applied food technology, ICoFF is an international conference that is recognized within the rapidly growing field of food science. It began with JSoFF in 1995 and has been held every four years. This conference brings together experts from the academia, national laboratories, and the industry from over 40 countries. Thanks to this continuous growth, more than 1,500 participants from all over the world are expected to attend ICoFF 2015.

The organizing committee, comprised of members of the Korean Society of Food Science and Technology, is exerting their utmost efforts in preparing for the conference in order to offer an ideal venue for in-depth analyses and wide range of discussions on current issues and topics in the field of food factors.
We await your active participation in the 6th International Conference on Food Factors - ICoFF 2015, which will be another major step forward for the food factors industry. As an international city and as the capital of Korea, Seoul is famous not only for its unique character and culture, but also for its hospitality and scenery. We earnestly look forward to welcoming all of you to Korea, a country that cherishes its 5,000 years of history.
